Adviser Partner educates, trains and coaches sales directors, sales managers, sales leaders and sales coaches to give them the right tools, the right knowledge and the right approach to take full responsibility for increasing company sales.
Adviser Partner helps clients identify and address challenges to achieve a higher performing sales organisation. This is done, among other things, by means of a one-off survey that is tailored to the department in which the employee works. The answers are compiled into a Score Card which then forms the basis for how Adviser Partner addresses the customer's challenges.
For Adviser Partner, Omegapoint has built a tailor-made system that automates surveys and compilation. Adviser Partners can easily manage their clients, create scheduled mailings, receive reminders for important events and, most importantly, produce automatically generated PowerPoint reports with the aggregated results of the survey. Something that used to take tens of hours is now done at the touch of a button.
Adviser Partner has previously had a manual process for this. The survey questions were handled in one system, the mailings in another and the compilation of the responses was done entirely manually. So was the production of the PowerPoint report that Adviser Partner uses as the basis of its presentation to the client.
Serverless architecture on AWS for near-zero cost of ownership
The system is built for maximum reliability and minimum operating cost. All parts of the system are built with serverless technologies that eliminate all maintenance of IT infrastructure and where you pay for exactly the resources that the system consumes.
Both front-end and back-end are completely serverless. AWS S3 and AWS Cloudfront are used instead of traditional web servers. The back-end is based on AWS API Gateway, AWS AppSync, AWS Lambda and data storage is done in AWS DynamoDB. For secure login and authorization AWS Cognito is used. To further facilitate development and continued evolution, the entire solution is managed with AWS Amplify.
Thanks to efficient use of the capabilities of AWS Amplify, Omegapoint was able to build, test and put the system into production in just four months. Thanks to the chosen architecture, with the right choice of AWS services, the ongoing operational cost is under $10 per month, and that with advanced functionality in the system.
