Rapid development - new insights

Omegapoint Academy Masters Program, AMP, is a program for our consultants who want to develop into experts in a technical field. AMP is for those who are consultants at Omegapoint and have 2-5 years of experience in the consulting role. It is a great opportunity for those who want to develop quickly - and reach new insights. 

Each AMP student is assigned a personal tutor who is already an established expert in the field. Together you will develop a personal skills development plan for the 18 months of the programme. Examples of activities in the plan include courses, literature studies, surveys and open source projects. 

The workload is the equivalent of one day per week, which all AMP students may set aside during working hours. 

The programme ends with a final presentation and ceremony worthy of a champion!
