Omegapoint Academy is the heart of our culture of competence and a way to secure our and our customers' future. Based on an individual skills development plan, the Academy offers all Omegapoint consultants new influences, intellectual stimulation and knowledge.
We believe in the power of collaboration and sharing our knowledge is an important part of the Academy. We educate each other and our customers, contribute to research, offer internships, give guest lectures at universities and international conferences, and promote interest in technology among children and young people.
Within the Academy there is a machinery of activities - from skills days to study circles. In addition, there is a graduate programme that develops graduates into consultants and a master's programme that develops consultants into experts.

Omegapoint is a proud sponsor of Hello World, a non-profit organisation that makes digital creativity accessible to all children and young people regardless of their background through scholarships, loan computers and income-based fees. At summer camps and meetups, participants learn about everything from the basics of programming to creating jewelry using computers. We're also involved in Jfokus Kidz, where we introduce children and young people to programming in a playful way.
We believe in the power of collaboration and are happy to share our knowledge. We therefore contribute to research, offer internships, lecture at universities, are active on DataTjej and organise an annual student conference.
